Is there any possible way to loose 8-12 lbs in the next 2 weeks?

Honestly I don't care what it takes...or how unhealthy it is.I just need to lose weight before school starts...which is in less than 2 weeks. I just need a kick start...during the school year I eat healthy usaully...but for some reason this summer I just went crazy with the burger king and mcdonalds and gained 10 pounds in 3 months! I just want to be the size I was really fast..I am going into 10th grade in highschool...just give me a diet to wear I can kick start with loosing 8-12 pounds.then it's straight healthy for 9 months...but I want to START school with a good body. PLEASE help...give me a website...anything. OH BTW. The only excersisng I could possible do is swimming...jumping on the trampoline and dancing...I can't run because my mom works all day...and she won't let me jog at night...so yeah... Just help me please! Beig unhealthy and this and that is no matter to me. I am just desperate. Thanks!

Stop eating at least 4 hours before bedtime.
Eat a good breakfast
Dance to your favorite music for 30 minutes a day.

Ok, this is extremely hard but it's called the cabbage soup diet. It really does work! Since your body uses more calories to burn the cabbage off than you take in (because cabbage is virtually calorie-less) anyway here's the recipe
Cabbage Soup Recipe
6 large green onions
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
3 Carrots
1 Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms
1 bunch of celery
half a head of cabbage
1 package Lipton soup mix
1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional)
1 48oz can V8 juice (optional)
Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
Directions:
Slice green onions, put in a pot and start to saute with cooking spray.
Cut green pepper stem end off and cut in half, take the seeds and membrane out. Cut the green-pepper into bite size pieces and add to pot.
Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, add to pot.
Clean carrots, cut into bite size pieces, and add to pot.
Slice mushrooms into thick slices, add to pot.
If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper now.
You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings. These have all the salt and flavors you will need.
Use about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover and put heat on low. Let soup cook for a long time - two hours works well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Eat fiber. Like raisin bran in place of breakfast and lunch. Special K will also help. Also, swimming and jumping on the trampoline will be great exercise. Jumping will tone your body pretty quickly. Cut out sugar from beverages. Drink lots of water and diet drinks. Go for sugar free things and fat free things. The foods that have lite on them do not neccessarily have less calories.
One way to burn fat is to make your hard pals 120 in minute by doing fast move like ruining or fast workout do not drink a lot of water and do not eat heavy foods(Bread- meat-cakes) use fruits and salads .The promise is you will lose a lot of wight in 1 week.
