Fainting when using tampons..?

Question:
first time i fainted when i tried to use one.
i actually used one the month after with help of some jelly stuff
time after i tried i fainted again.
and the third time i used one without the jelly, but fainted just after i applied it. i really panicked the first time i tried to use one and now i am scared of having to use one incase it happens again. i feel sick and squirmish when i think about using one, but what will happen when i am older and i have to go for smear tests and stuff. i feel really nervous and a little worried about it.
i dont think it can be tss as the only one i ever used i removed after about 45 minutes
im worried i will faint the same when i have smear tests and other things...

Answers:
I think you're right that it's not TSS. But if you are uncomfortable using tampons you don't have to continue to try until you're ready.. The pads available today are very absorbent and not bulky.

One day you will have to go to an OBGYN to start annual checkups. Before that day comes, and if you still feel the same way, talk to your mom or a trusted female relative or friend. Tell that person that you are not comfortbale with the thought of having an vaginal exam. Have that person help you select a physician - there are female OBGYN's as well, so you might feel more comfortable with a woman.

All OBGYN's are trained to professionally handle a new patient's fears, and will talk to you about what an exam entails and can even demontrate it on models before you actually have an exam. You can also request (if it is not standard practice at your physician) that a female member of his office professionals be in the exam room with you.

It'll be ok.
why do you keep posting the same question?
why dont you just not use tampons and stick to pads? it's not a big deal
dont used them then gosh !
is this because you don't like blood? I just don't understand, Sorry.
ask yer mom, I've only had my period once so far, could be symptoms.
you could have toxic shock syndrome..
see you're doctor right away about this is my best advice. This could be serious or you maybe are just over reacting.. either way.. See your doctor!!
toxic shock syndrome?
You are just afraid of them, nothing to worry about just keep trying.
use pads until you see the Dr. for a pap smear and ask him/her what could have been the cause for you feinting when putting one in =because of the Dr. examining you it can be seen if there was anything wrong in that area
First of all, it is not TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome). Secondly, I believe that you are just working yourself up increasing your blood pressure; therefore, you pass out after use. If it bothers you, don't use them. Have you tried the small and slender ones? If not, that may be a good place to start. If it still bothers you, maybe just use pads unless you absolutely have to use a tampon. It sounds like you just have issues with anxiety regarding your body.
I would just stick to pads. I think Always has the best.
If it makes you nervous then stop using them.
Your nerves are getting the best of you and that is why you are fainting.

But I really think you should go to therapy or something.
It will help you control your worries. It can probably be a disorder or some kind of panic attack.

Plus if you are nervous about a tampon, or a pap smear test, I can't imagine how freaked out you will be when you want to start having sex. You'll probably die . (jk)
You should see your doctor about the fainting
i would definately recommend seeing a doctor.
and use pads.
