Going to the Dr.?

At my mid-teen physical, I was 16 years old. I was still a virgin so there was no pap smear. They checked my height, weight, vision, reflexes, etc. All the things they checked even when I was a younger child.
Also, I had a tetanus booster shot, and a booster for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), and a TB (tuberculosis) test.
I was still seeing my pediatrician at that time.
they might just be doing a physical or something to check and see how everything is developing on you. have you asked your mother why you are goin?
There is no age requirement to examined. Well a physical isn't so bad unless you have a medical problem that might seek further treatment. At the physical the doctor is going to ask you a bunch of questions measure you take your weight blood pressure temperature check your ears mouth but don't be alarmed it is no big deal. It is wise to see a doctor every year even if you feel healthy because prevention is key.
