Answers:
you lose a lot of iron when you have your period, you may want to start taking a multivitamin while you are having it.
i am nt sure you should go to the doctor
It's possible that you're anemic and that your low iron levels are causing you to feel nauseated and can cause fainting, intense menstrual cramps, etc. This is definitely something that needs to be checked out and treated by a doctor.
usually before i get my period i get very dizzy and black out for a couple seconds then i wake up and im on the floor or im holding onto something i dont remember grabbing
You definitely need to go see a doctor. It could be a number of things - but you need to make sure that it's not toxic shock syndrome.
contrary to popular belief, the blood that comes out with your period has been in your uterus, and OUT OF your circulatory system for some time, so it's not like you are all of a sudden losing a lot of blood.
