Is it REALLY possible to lose weight w/ diet/exercise, or will Mother Nature usually be more victorious?

Missed Period?

Answers:
If you map out a diet and exercise plan and stick to it, yes you can lose weight. If by mother nature you are referring to genetic traits, then sometimes they may be harder to combat. The problem comes in when people choose a diet plan, but then they stop. Eating right and exercising is supposed to be a daily chore and not something you can pass off to someone else. So try something realistic, like instead of cutting out or cutting back, try adding more fresh fruits (not canned) and fresh vegetables as well. Hope this helps.

Does men also get pleasure by foreplays or they do it to only please the partner?

That all depends on your body, not everyone is the same.Diets may help and sometimes diets wont work.

am i retarted?

yes, its possible.

What should I do to cause my period come faster?

yes it is possable to lose wieght with diet and exercise! i lost 50 lbs that way in the last 18 months. and iam hoping to lose 50 more that way very soon!

you must make a lifestyle change in order for it to work, so once you cut out all the bad habbits dont fall back into them. and keep up your motivations and if you reach a place where you get stuck just keep on going and you will pull out of it.

good luck!

Depo birth control shot (part 2)?

oh it's definitely possible, however, Mother Nature won't give up without a fight. It's hard work and may take a while because some people were just born with a different build than others. but is it possible? totally, but not easy.

How often do you have to change your pads? also, do you have to keep changing and changing them?

I have heard ppl tell me that as I got older the weight was natural but it is not if you really set your mind to eat the right foods and exercise regularly the dedication will pay off and you can be healthy with a toned body. Mother nature does not have to win this battle you can make it happen. I successfully trimmed down and have kept it that way for the last year thanks to determination and A-lot of blood, sweat and tears!
Good luck

62 year old mother wants to retire but has no medical insurance...Ideas?

Everyone is different - it depends on your body type and what diet and exercise plan you are following.
One of my coworkers has lost 25 pounds in the last 2-3 months simply by keeping very good track of what she eats, controlling her portion sizes, and walking every day. She didn't start out obese or anything - just overweight. She's not starving or denying herself of anything - just being very careful.
Anyway - it takes hard work and consistency.

Serious Question about Birthcontrol?

You MUST also cut down on the calories. No desserts (no sugar), no fast food, no fried food, and no junk food like chips and Doritos. That's how you lose weight. Eat only when you're hungry, not when you're bored or just thirsty for water. Drink lots of water! :)

Is it bad to sleep with a bra?

Of course its possible! The mathematics behind it is this, if you cut your calories from what you are consuming now, and add in excercise, your body will of course begin to burn fat and gain muscle (its a good idea to work with weights 2-3 times a week). The more muscle your body has, the more fat you can burn. Lets say you are currently eating 2000 calories a day and not working out at all. If you cut your calories to 1500 a day and add in 30 minutes of excersice (burn about 200 calories) you will be able to lose 1 lb to 2 lbs a week safely. My suggestion is to eat 5-6 small meals a day containing lots of protein, veggies, and fiber. Also take a good multivitamin. Good luck! Ive lost 70 lbs and have kept it off for over 4 years.
