Lower back&abdomen pain, and pain during sex; pregnant?

Question:
My fiance and I have had unprotected sex, surely enough he's pulled out though. I'm supposed to get my period around the 25th, but recently, I've been experiencing lower back pain on the right side, and sometimes in the front lower right side, near my right pelvic bone. Also, I've had abdominal discomfort...
Then, recently, while having intercourse, I began to feel a pain in my abdomen, too.

I don't have tender breast, or nausea, but it's something that's been on my mind recently. I'm slightly afraid, yet excited.

Any idea? lol

Answers:
Hi this COULD be pregnancy but it sounds more like what I have, endometriosis. That is exactly how my symptoms started 5 years ago. It took a while to get diagnosed because the only way to know for sure is through minor outpatient surgery. Here is a quick list of symptoms of endo:

Pain may be felt:
* before/during/after menstruation
*during ovulation
*in the bowel during menstruation
*when passing urine
*during or after sexual intercourse
*in the lower back region

Other symptoms may include:
*diarrhoea or constipation (in particular in connection with menstruation)
*abdominal bloating (again, in connection with menstruation)
*heavy or irregular bleeding
*fatigue

Please go see a doc. Good luck!
