Just try to take good care of yourself during your period. Eat healthy, drink more water, don't drink things with caffeine, exercise, get enough sleep, etc. That stuff will help a lot.

The things I mentioned can help with pain as well, but if you're still hurting, try taking something like Midol or Pamprin...those help a lot. If those don't help the pain, talk to your doctor about getting some prescription strength pain reliever. I had to do that (because the meds I just mentioned didn't help me...also tried Tylenol and Aleve...Tylenol didn't help at all and Aleve helped but only when the pain wasn't severe) and it helped me a LOT!

As for spending less money on pads, unless you buy an off brand (like a store brand) or buy them in bulk from someplace that sells items in bulk, I'm not really sure how to save money on pads. That's just one of those things you have to spend money on. Hope this helps.

what would cause period to start 4 days late?

well you can't really spend that much less money on pads- you could try a wholesaler like costco or sam's club, maybe walmart?

take midol for the pain and exercise more- it is a big pain reliever.

then clinch down on a piece of wood.

I'm having the worst cramps! I need help!?

I loooooove midol! You can get it at Walmart, Target, or any drug store. Don't be embarrased, every girl/woman deals with it!

why is that some women of Africa have there cl its cut off before they are married?

Buy a Diva cup it's about $30 but it's worth it and it will last up to 10 years with good care of course:)

What are some symptoms of human being allergic to sperm?

Midol does not work for me! The caffeine gives me a headache! Take ibuprofen to handle the pain (cheap, it is generic) and you can usually buy generic pads and tampons at a "dollar strore" for about $2 less than name brands that work just as well.

There is no best way to handle your cycle. To get rid of the pain you can try many different things. You can try midol, the heat patches they work great, drinking hot green tea w/ honey from Starbucks, and naproxyn a medication prescribed by your doctor that is an anti-inflammatory. The way you can spend less money on pads or tampons would be to by them when they are on sale or in a bundle pack and to use coupons when you find them even if you may not need them at the time and they are on sale I suggest you buy them anyway.

Hey Ladies, is it o.kay to exercise during...?

you can go to dollar tree they sell cheap pads and they are pretty good and to stop if it is really bad then talk to your doctor and they will give u a prescription or exercise and move around and do things that are active it helps ease the pain.
