It would help if you could add more details about your symptoms.
You should go to your regular doctor or your gynecologist first. They may want to refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist.
The most common cause of hormone imbalances in women are polycystic ovarian syndrome (not as scary as it sounds) or thyroid disorders. If you're having acne and unwanted hair, they'll probably check for PCOS first. If you're having unusual weight loss or gain, they'll check your thyroid hormones.
Either way, they'll draw some blood, and run several labs on that, like estrogen, testosterone, blood sugar, thyroid stimulating hormone, etc. They should have results in just a few days.
Your doctor may decide to do an ovarian ultrasound, which is completely painless.
If you have a hormone problem, there are treatments. Add a few more details about what makes you suspect a hormone imbalance, and let me know. I may have some more info for you.
Usually any general practitioner can run some hormone tests and refer you to a specialist depending on what the results say.
