after u wash them put flour and carpet fresner in them and let it absorb in some water and that should work
Get new shoes, if you have washed them and everything and they are still smelly, you probably won't be able to get the smell out.

you may have had atheletes foot at one time and the bactira are still there, and plus they thrive on moisture... get new shoes!
that happens to me all the tim no matter what brand shoe i wear that started to happen to me after i had a car accident. i became a nervous reck and a my sweat alot specially when im driving or am nervous about something

Pour baking soda in them overnight and see if it helps with the odor. Have you tried Febrezing them?
Maybe you just need to buy a "foot deodorant", that will help you not make your shoes smell so badly. If you don't wear socks in gym shoes, that will make them smell too.
You can buy a special powder for treating stinky feet and shoes. Ask at the pharmacy, they'll help you.
U can soak ur feet in teabags and water for a week and this will remove the smell. I saw this on Oprah..some doctor was being interviewed. About the shoes..maybe u can soak them.
