Am I too tight?
I'm a virgin, but I've been doing Kegel exercises for a while now to make my vagina tight so that when I have sex for the first time, it will be amazing for both me and my partner. However, is it possible that my vagina is too tight for penetration (because I've never had sex before + I've been doing Kegel exercises for a long time) and thus, intercourse will hurt?

well...for the first time, every one's vagina remains tight, so doesnt matter which exercise u did, so oviously it will hurt, dont do mistake like me, u keep lubricated gel for making ur first time less and less painful...it really helps a lot.
and always remember, no femals vagina is extra ordinary tight coz all the vagina is made by Allah to deliver a children - so, penis is vey small in comparison.

It's gonna hurt either way, I don't think it's possible to be 'too tight' but just when you do have your first be sure it's with someone who will care for you that way he takes it slow too.
It might be. But you never know. It all depends on your original tightness. I personally don't think there's a need for you to be doing Kegels, considering you're a virgin. There are plenty of ways to enjoy sexual intercourse (once you begin having it) and many ways to pleasure both yourself and your bed mate.

When you are a virgin, sex for the first time hurts or is uncomfortable no matter what. I don't think it is really necessary for you to be doing kegels yet.
Sex is going to be uncomfortable your first time anyway, it's a fact of life. And no, you can't make your vagina too tight...they were made to stretch...otherwise there's no way we'd ever be able to squeeze a baby out of there! When you do have intercourse, involve plently of foreplay as this will help lubricate your vagina and will help your muscles relax for easier penetration. And it never hurts to use a little lubricant if needed...vaginal dryness will cause even more discomfort.

Use a KY jelly or lube the first time, it will hurt less. Or a condom with lube. Or ready yourself with something like a dildo or vibrator.

Like everyone else said, it most likely will hurt the first time no matter what. It sounds to me like you have been doing the kegel exercises because you have an unrealistic expectation of what your first time will be like. Kegel exercises alone will not make your first time "amazing." Because of pain, the first time is not necessarily going to be physically amazing no matter what. The only way it will be amazing is if you really love and are committed to the person you are doing it with, you feel totally comfortable with them, and you are doing it for an emotional connection, not just for a physical one (it would be most amazing if you were married first :). People who lose their virginity under other circumstances often complain that it "wasn't how they imagined it" or "wasn't worth the wait" or they didn't see "what the big deal about sex was."

Sex the first time DOESN'T NOT ALWAYS hurt. The first time I had sex, I found it very enjoyable. It may for some ppl but not always. I do have to say tho.I've never heard of Kegel exercises...*shrugs* but even though you've been doing them, that will not make you to tight to enter.
