Has anyone ever tried Curves?
Answer:
My daughter did and she ended up working there, she thought there program was really good.
My mom did and really liked it. She travels alot and was able to find a Curves wherever she went for the most part. She like that she did not leave there physically sore from the workout but could physically see results. I was getting worried because it seemed like she was getting in better shape than I was!
A grill in the order of untimely menopause?
My wife has. She goes three times a week. It's worked wonders for her and she can find one to go to wherever we go.
My girlfriend that was overweight during college tried it for about a year. She loved the "woman atmosphere" that curves gives to woman. In addition, she found that it was inexpensive compared to other places that have trainers to work along with you. She attended Curves a lot that year and had good results. She was happy with the locations (many around the nation) and was pleased with the hands on help. In addition, it was started by a woman - gotta support woman professionals!
Female question - Period tablets?
I tried it & didn't like it. The people were nice and it's a good concept, it's just not for everyone. As you probably know, it's a 30-minute workout where you exercise in a circle with alternating jogging in place & exercise equipment. The equipment is made for average-sized women & there's no time to adjust it, so if you're extra short or extra tall, you could have a problem reaching or overextending or aggrivating pressure points (for example in your arms by your elbows.) I think they're aware of the problem, too, because when I mentioned it to the franchise manager I was issued a refund and let out of the contract with no problem!
