100 crunches a day=6 pack?

how long till i get one? im a teen and im doin 100 crunches a day and my friends said they got one after doing that. im also jogging and eating good.

As long as you are consistent you should have one soon.
What age "teen" are you. Your body is in constant change while you're in puberty so you may or may not achieve the goal you want until you are closer to full adult hood.

It is excesllent that you are exercising - keep that up; but don't over do it while your body is still developing!
you should probably work out but i dont know if you need to do 100 crunches it would be better if you did 10 the right way but its hard to explain the right way you should try looking at your knees not to the celing and have your arms flat on the ground and try to touch your heels w/ your fingers. well i hoope that helps.
I'm sorry to say, that, your friend is totally wrong! Doing just 100 crunches a day is not going to do anything. It take a lot of time and effort. Now maybe if you did it for a week or two, yes you would maybe have a abs. Don't forget there are lots of other ways to get abs. For example, go to a YMCA and get a fitlinx. This helps a lot (I have one myself.) It keeps track of how long you work out and how many weights you've lifted total. That is, if you use the machines there. Also, at the YMCA, you could hire a personal trainer. Although this may be expensive, it is worth it. She knows what best for you type of body.
Be sure to go side to side, too. Right elbow to left knee and left elbow to right knee. Then do the middle. If you do that it won't be long!! Start out with about 50 of each, then work your way up. I do 100 of each. It sounds hard at first but it will get easy.
100 crunches a day and jogging sounds good. Make sure you are eating plenty of protein. Try drinking soy shakes they provide lots of protein and taste great!
You should also work on your back. Your back muscles help support your abs. Good posture helps too.
I don't understand as to why you are in a rush to get the six pack ? You mentioned that you are an teenager ,am I correct if so you have a lot of time and you will have tha pack if you keep working at it .The mussels keep growing till you are in the twenties and hence it would be very difficult for the mussel to shape itself to look like an pack and a very good one at that.So do take it easy ,you will have the pack in time. wishing you all the luck in achieving your goal (SIX PACK)
