For me the HORRIBLE cramps last about 21/2 hours. If you're having non-stop cramps for more than a day, call your doctor's nurse. He/She might want to see you. What medicine are you taking? You can E me if you want. :)
My period just ended and I had pretty bad cramps the whole time, usually it's only the first 2-3 days. Remember when you have your period, your uterus is contracting, that's what causes the cramps. If you are really concerned, make an appointment with your gynecologist and get checked out.
i have these all the time...usually, i'm balled up in the fetal position crying from the pain with a bottle of extra strength tylenol and a heating pad...this happens the first 2 days of my cycle..its normal.or so i think.
maybe you have a bladder infection as well =should see your Dr okay
