Tell him before you go into it that that turns you off and that he wont be getting any if he does it, he'll listen then! Tell him it's very uncomfortable and you dont mind touching but no kissing please! If he's in it for mutal pleasure he will listen to your wants and needs!

Its normal and you are not the only one going through it.You only need to control your feelings to avoid temptations.
I have been there! usually mine get sore before my period, and sometimes wouldn't you just like to slap the crap out of them!
what does he want? you laying there in pain? maybe if he did this through a sheet of some sort, to decrease sensitivity then maybe you can tolerate it. but if he is that selfish that he would rather you not say anything so he can keep enjoying himself, then maybe painful nips are the least of your worries. what does he expect? he has sensitive areas just like you, and he needs to respect that if he had a painfully sensitive area you would avoid over stimulation as well.
