Birth control question/help?!?

First off, you may have ovulated already if you started a week later, or will ovulate nonetheless. Use a back-up method for a month, then when your period comes, use the correct cycle method. You should be fine. Remember, you should get your period in the LAST set of pills. I don't take Yasmin, but my pills are separated by color. So I know the last color that's left is the color I get my period on. You should be okay, and when you get back to the states, ask your OB/GYN if you are still concerned. :)
I would use a back up birth control for the month. Usually it won't make a difference, but it can. and it takes a while for it to be in full effect to keep you from getting pregnant, so using a back up is a good idea the first two months anyway. It won't hurt you in any way, just keep taking it on schedule and your body will match up to your birth control schedule. but use back up if you really don't want to get pregnant.
Good luck
