Switching birth control?

Question:
at my yearly appt july 2nd they switched me from ortho tri cyclen lo (been on it for 4 years) to ortho tri cyclen (they stopped carring the other) well for the past 2-3 wks i have had many preg. symtoms such as...tender breast, bloating, crazy hormone changes, extreme hunger & thirst, headaches, and nausea (i have not vometed). i understand these are pms things as well but not for me. i am like a clock and the same way same date same time every month. and i am now 4 days late for my period and have had light spotting today. (when i start it is always hevy from the start so i dont believe this is it) anyway i took a test (so obviously it is possible that i am preg.) on monday and it was neg. so i am wondering could all of these crazy things going on be from switching or what? i cant find these answers anywere and planned parent hood had no answers

Answers:
its is probably the result of your body adjusting to the newer level of hormones rather they be higher or lower. If your still concerned or having the symptoms in a week take another pregnancy test, and call your doctor!
Your body is probably just adjusting. If you are getting really worried, call your doctor.
