The pencil test. An ordinary wooden pencil is placed under the breast, against the chest. If the pencil doesn't fall, you've got sag.

It's all a matter of perspective. Ask someone to look at your breasts and tell you if they're sagging or not. Be sure to ask someone who will give you an objective answer--not a best friend or lover for example...
