Period?!?!?

Question:
when having a a period should drink and eat cold stuff or warm stuff?!?! or what is best to eat and drink!??!

Answers:
Whatever you feel like eating at the time. I don't think there is a certain thing to be eaten or avoided.
It doesn't matter. Do whatever it is you want to do to be most physically comfortable.
Warm stuff will relax you and help decrease cramping. Avoid caffeine.
it doent matter
ask the your mom
it really doesn't matter. just as long as you don't eat too much junk. try to eat and drink healthy things. like fruits and vegetables and fish. and also juice is very good.
You can eat and drink anything you want.

But, don't eat a lot of salt. It makes water retention worse.
Eat anything you want or crave!!! I wake up in the middle of the night when I'm on mine and scarf on lots of chocolate! (I highly recommend a huge dose of chocolate)
As long as your drinking fluids. I'm sure water would be fine, something healthy. I don't think it matters if its cold or hot but some people do have a belief system based on hot and cold.
dont eat anything spicy, no lemon, no cucumbers or pickles. they have acids that give you more cramps. other than that, eat and drink regularly, you might have random cravings but dont let that affect your normal personal diet
Salt may cause you to retain water weight so snack less on salty junk food.
