i don't know how to tell my mom because she is going to tell everyone she like knows!!
so what should i tell her??
o and i am dancer so should i wear tampons??

Well, you're going to have to tell her or she's going to be upset when she finds out another way, like finding your feminine products in the house. When you do get it, approach her about and let her know that you'd like it to be kept quiet. You probably won't be able to control her, though.
As for the tampons bit, I say yes, but I was never a dancer, so I don't know.
Tell your mum quietly and when you do, tell her to not tell anybody. My friend has her period and is a dancer and she wears a tampon or a pad with NO WINGS so you cannot see it or both for extra protection.

lol. dont even worry about it. my mom told every1 also and they were all like..."awww ur a woman now..." lol. we all go through it. lol. memories! lol i perfer tampons over pads cuz they are alot more comfortable and trust me u wont ever want to wear pads again after u wear tampons. when u first put one in dont be tense. it probably wil take a couple of tries b4 u get it in right. read the directions! good luck!
Of course she's going to tell some very close people to her. It's a stepping stone in your life, a huge one. Let her know and discuss options with her. As for tampons, it's up to you, what you're comfortable with.

you'll just have to get over it. or you could talk to your mom and ask her not to share it with everyone she knows. and yes, i think its best you use tampons rather than wearing pads. pads can be very uncomfortable and since you'll be moving a lot, it could be dislocated resulting in embarrassing leaks.
whats the problem about that? I think because you are so active as a dancer maybe you are just late. and there is no problem also if you don't have a boyfriend who is sexually involve in you.
Ok, firstly you should tell your Mum, because she will know exactly what you're going through, and she'll be able to help you and reassure you. She'll also be able to talk to you about the different pads and stuff you can get.
Secondly, if you've only just started menstruating, it's definitely not reccomended that you use tampons straight away. They're a lot different to using pads, and carry some risks, like Toxic Shock Syndrome, you have to be really careful putting them in, and with your hygeine. There's a really good range of pads nowadays, that are really absorbant and flexible, to give you good protection, so just think it over. It also depends a lot on how old you are.
If you're worried your Mum will tell everyone, talk to her and tell her that it's something you want to keep private. But you know, when I first got my period, my Mum told my Aunty and her best friends, and it was Ok, because they all do it when their daughter's first get their period! You're no different to every other woman! But if you ask your Mum to respect your wishes, I'm sure she will.

Yes you should, its a normal female thing. Every female gets it so don't feel too bad. Or ask her not to tell.
You should use whatever feels the most comfortable, tampons or pads. I prefer pads.

if u want to wear a pad here r sme good brands: kotex, always, playtex, carefree
but for tampons it is tampax, for tampax u should wear sport tampons, another brand is tampax pearl wear the teen one
when the time comes talk to her and tell her u'd like it to be treated privately.
tampons r good for sporty people including dancers. but wait and see. when the time comes u might b able to figure out better if u wanna use it or switch to something else
