I have really irregular periods?

Question:
but I hate taking 'pills' as such - are there any herbal alternatives which would help me have a regular cycle??

Answers:
Agnus castus can help regulate your cycle.
They are a herbal tablet or you can get it in liquid form.
It takes a few months to work though the liquid is supposed to work faster.
I have irregular periods due to pcos and I'm taking them and my periods are now less painfull cramps -shorter in length - and less heavy and my PMS symptoms have improved.
There hasn't been much change as of yet between the time between my periods but I feel better just by having periods that now only last for up to 6 days instead of a couple of weeks.
ummm go with the pills .if ur doc.says there ok then do it before ur period really goes out of control.
take the pills. what are you gonna do "shoot up" the vitamins?
When I was younger I suffered terribly with very irregular cycles.

I know it can be confusing using the pill, but honestly it works! It also helps to reduce stomach pains durring mesntration too.

Try it for 6 months, I'm confident this will help regulate your cycles. It did for me.
It depends how old you are. It may be that your periods just havn't had a chance to 'settle' yet.

If your that worried about it then go and see a doctor for her advice.
