Someone please help!?

Question: I am looking for someone to fund my breast reduction operation which is costing somewhere in the region of 4000 pound. I have been to the doctor on a number of occasions he firstly told me to lose 2 stone which i have done but now he tells me this can not be done on the NHS anymore i would have to go private. I'm 30 yrs old with 2 kids and feel that the size of my chest is holding me back on doing alot with them as my confidence and self asteem are at an all time low. My back and neck hurt I get red and sore underneath my breasts and i'm generally in alot of dis comfort. My chest size is 36gg.
