What are the best foods/drinks to prevent spots?

Diet dosn't have as great an impact on spots as is often claimed. It is more down to hormones and our reaction to them. Oily skin is caused by testosterone and it can cause spots by clogging the pores. Your testosterone levels increase with stress, so trying to keep as stress free as possible should help. Also I would recommend seeing your doctor as they have many treatments to offer for spots, including antibiotics. I wouldn't just accept spots and hope they wil go away, there are plenty of treatments out there for them.
i think it depends on your skin type,I'm lucky as I'm very unhealthy but it doesn't affect my skin.most people will say water and veg etc but i feel that's a load of crap.other factors cause spots like hairspray on fringes, certain makeup products that u use on your face.bronzing powder always brings me out in spots.
I highly recommend lots of fresh fruit and veg. Stay away from greasy stuff, carbs and foods high in sugar. Also Drink at least 8 glasses of water, it helps to detox. Hope this helps

Water is best for your skin!
Nothing you eat will have any specific effect, just make sure your diet is balanced and includes your 5 a day.
