I took an extra contraceptive pill by mistake.. is this ok?
Question:
I took two pills on the same day by mistake. I have carried on the pack as normal; just a day ahead of myself and plan to just follow on the next pack without the seven day break, is it ok to have unprotected sex, or is their a higher chance of pregnancy?

no, this is fine... the risk comes when you MISS a pill, if you doubled up and then kept going a usual you are fine. if you ever MISS even one day that is whenthe problems can occur
I wouldn't take the risk.
It's fine, one extra won't hurt you, you should still be fine to have unprotected sex.

You should be safe, but to be extra safe, for at least a week, you should use another form of birth control while having sex. I would call my ob-gyn and ask them what they think. They may tell you to start a whole new pack on Sunday.
