Women's Help please?

Question:
Only one of my nipples is really bumpy (top of my skin, not inside my breast) and the skin around my nipple feels dried out. And that breast is wayyyy more tender then the other one.

I don't know if I should be worried, but I'm kind of freaking myself out here.

Answers:
Get an appointment with a doctor. You are to young to have breast problems that will 'go away' on its own. There are allot of glands in our breasts, one of them could be blocked or infected. If there is no redness or fluid coming out of your nipple, then it is probably just an irritation from bathing suits, tight bra or any other physical rubbing. To be sure tell your mom, let her know what is going on. The dryness isn't really a big deal, coca butter or a good heavy cream can help. I would talk to mom though, just to let your mind rest about it. Trust me, we moms have heard worse !!
Good luck !
Do a regular breast exam and see if you find anything inside it. Sometimes its hard to tell...

Then rub cocoa butter or shea butter on them both.

Hopefully its good news!
this could be nothing to worry about, especially if you are still growing. but see a doc just in case. its better to be safe than sorry. don't worry too much though.
