July 3 was my "Off patch" week, I got my period. July 10, I was supposed to put a new patch but I didn't because I didn't have money lol. (I had to pay bills!) My boyfriend and I had sex between July 6-8 - he came inside. And between July 14-15, we had sex again - he withdrew. and then July 24, I put a new patch (yey). I'm on my 2nd patch this week.. but I still haven't gotten my period... is this normal? or is there a chance of being pregnant?

You won't menstruate while you're wearing the patch. If your week without the patch doesn't bring your period, I would get a pregnancy test. Anytime you break the cycle of your patches, make sure that you use an alternative form of birth control. Even if you only go without your regular patch for a couple of days before you can buy more, then you really should use condoms or something else, because it can take a month for your body to become regular enough again to prevent pregnancy. Unless you want to take the chance of having an unplanned pregnancy, I would make sure you wear your patches regularly, otherwise always have condoms as a back up plan.
