I would dry off. I don't think you'd get anything if you didn't. You only develop infection if there is bacteria down there. As long as your clean down there I wouldn't worry about it. I no I need to be completely dry to be comfortable, I'm not a doctor though so it is possible you can develop a rash. If your that concerned ask your family doctor. Good luck!

yes, you need to dry, an yes, you can develop an infection if you pull up your pants and you're still wet. Also, do not use anti-bacterial wipes because they will kill all the "good" bacteria and cause growth of the unwanted bacteria causing bact. vaginosis.

Use the wet wipe then blot dry, don't rub, with a clean facial tissue. Use a feminine deodorant spray, such as FDS or Summer's Eve, if you're concerned about odor.
Stop being paranoid, there are women in this world who have no idea what a wet wipe is and their lives go on just fine without one.
Do what ever makes you comfortable. Its your bottom and there are no set rules for being comfortable. The universal rule is make sure you clean yourself the best you can.

I use both. I just really don't like having a damp bum. It might be all hygenic, but it surely doesn't feel like it!
Its really up to yourself it doesn't make any difference at all, cause the wetness from the wipe does dry on, depending on the fragrance you use they shouldn't be an a odor from them.
