My friend wants to know what she can do to lift her breast because they sag. she doesn't want surgery.?

push up bra, her hands, working out to tone and lose fat on the breast?? okay, the hands one was a joke. but a good supportive bra (pricey) and the working out should help a lot.
I suggest she go for a bra fitting and purchase some of the recommended bras. It'll work wonders when she puts these on.
Secondly, I recommend she assess her posture. If there is a tendency to slouch, then the more the breasts will sag. Proper posture can do wonders to sagging breasts. This, plus the proper fitting bra should help tremendously.
if she goes to the gym, i would probably suggest for her to concentrate on working out her chest via chest exercises of course. but for the mean time, she could try wearing maximizer bras just so it would not look droopy or something
She should try lifting weights. If you lay on your back and lift the weights up from your side, it builds muscle in the breasts, over time giving them a lift.
clap in frount of you, then behind you.
do that for a few minutes everyday, it will help to firm and lift them.
truly speaking one cannot lift the sagging breasts..only thing to do is to do some bust related exercices just to take off the extra fat around the breasts and to use push-up bras to push them up and to push your confidence.

Tell her to put her hands together like she prying but with her hands horizontal and push her palm together it will work her chest
Try some 'push up wear' or brassiers with cotton lycra material. That may help her to lift.

You cannot fight gravity.
Surgery works but soon gravity takes over, so may need to go for few times in her life for the surgery.
It has to do with few things,
1. Elasticity of the skin.
2. Mass of the cups. Bigger they are more likely to fall unless blessed with very tight skin.
3. Your genes.
4, Your posture. This is the only thing that you can work on to correct the problem, if it is so then Yoga, exercises and other thing can work and do wonders.
5. Learn to live with. Use external devices(different types of bra). Breast reduction is recommended, if the person has back pain from the weight of the cups.
6. Some actually require augmentation.
Once the breast starts to sag thn the best way to show others is try keeping breast pads in ur bra maybe it will work in the long run bt usually if it strts to sag thn nthg can be done
