actually you can. but it's kind of gross to do that anyway and i wouldn't recommend it at all. your already uncomfortable enough why make it worse. it's only 1 week out of your sex life not going to be a big deal

hell YA you can. but dont avoid it.. its good to have sex on your period for multiple reasons [i took human sexuality a few semesters ago and it was one of my absolute favorite classes- highly recommended but annnyways]:

-helps with cramps
-makes ur period shorter [think of all that moving around, helping in the shedding of the lining]
-dont need lube.. ya got yerself some red-colored lube already, honey!
-women's testosterone levels are actually higher during their periods.. meaning their libido, or sex drive, is higher AND it feels better
so long as your man [who u love and trust] is ok with it, go right ahead, just use a condom [even if ur on birth control]!
