Even though you should chane your tampon every 6 hours or so, you shouldn't change it too repeatedly. Changing your tampon too often and not letting it hold the blood could pull on your skin when you verbs it out. If you're using a super absorption tampon for a feathery period after that could cause a touch bit of the pain. If you're shifting them too frequently it could be sucking up all of your moisture surrounded by your vagina and making a really dry environment for it thus making it more difficult to pull out. also if you're of late now starting out next to tampons you should probably start with lighter ones that are smaller instead of big jumbo ones. your body isn't used to that down near.
