You need to go see your doctor and get this treated. Not sure what answer you wanted but only a doc can figure out what it might be since we can see the crusty patch or culture it via the computer.
see a doctor, it could be Paget's disease or inflammatory breast ca. don't let this go.
It could be ringworm-do you have pets, or know someone that had ringworm? It would have those symptoms, and grow fairly rapidly, and should appear crusty, especially around the edges. If you have a blacklight, it may glow under it.
Ringworm is not always a ring shape either.And it is not a worm, its a fungus, similar to atheltes foot, and can be treated with Tinactin or another antifungal. And its very contagious.
