How long after intercourse must you wait for a home pregnanacy test to be accurate?

It depends on where you are in your cycle. Most of them are effective 2 weeks after the zygote may have implanted in the uteral lining, but I'd give it 2-3 weeks after intercourse. Probably a week after your missed period is your best bet, if you can wait that long.

If you don't want to be pregnant, my advice is relax, breathe, drink a little rue tea and MAYBE a LITTLE pennyroyal tea, and take a lot of Vitamin C. Don't worry too much--my partner and I have had a lot of scares, and they were all false calls. If it's not more than a week after the intercourse in question, take Plan B.

If you want a baby, good luck!

Hope this helps a bit.
You have to wait until you have missed your period before you can use a home pregnancy test.
If you wait until the week _after_ your period was supposed to have ended then it will be about as accurate as it can get.
1 week to 10 days it will show
There is a new product on the market that can tell you within a couple of days. Just ask your pharmacist; they can point you in the right direction.
You have to wait until you miss your period first. Know when you are due to get it and if you don't start your preiod that day then wait a few days and pee on a stick. For example, if you had sex tonight but your period isn't due until August 15th, don't pee on the stick until at least August 20th. That is, assuming you haven't gotten it by then.
Or, you can get a blood test called a beta HCG, but you will only show a positive result, again, when you are truly late. It takes a few weeks to make a baby.
first thing in the morning perferably before you go to bathroom
if she jumps up and down right after she wont get pregnant. tell her that and see what happens
