i dont use tampons cuz they hurt
what is a good tecnique to put them in without hurting??

Well first of all tampons shouldn't hurt so your probabally doing something wrong. Use the tampax pearl or the playtex gentile glide. They are really easy to put in because they have those plastic aplicators. Just make sure that when you put one in that you angle it. Just follow the directions and you'll be fine. If you can feel it once you put it in then you haven't put it far enough in. Try using a mirror.
put some vaseline on the tip, just the tip...
and get the slim kind..they shouldn't hurt at all.
Get the lightest ones possible, such as lite or sport. stand up with one foot on the toilet. It should help.
hey hun the best way is to put one leg up and take ur time suck in!! prob best to start off with mini tampons xx
