How do you get rid of spots i drink 8 glasses of water a day?

Question:

Answers:
huh
yes, water does help a lot. but you cant just do it for a few days, it must be constant
Wash your face daily, use cleansing creams, also stop eating junk.
dont be ridiculous and drink that much water. sure your body needs it and it might clear up your skin a little.
but thats too much water.
try 5 glasses a day and 2 glasses of milk.
spots?if u can give more info would be helpful
You can drink too much water and get dizzy and sick, try a little less, and see what happens
Foods to avoid include:
Dairy products (milk, cheese, cream, yogurt etc)
Refined and cooked carbohydrates (flour, bread, rice, crisps and chips, sugar etc)
Cooked fats (fried food, hydrogenated oils, roasted nuts)
Meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb etc)
All the above foods are acid-forming in the body. If you really want to get rid of acne, you need to eat more alkaline-forming foods -- fresh vegetables and fruit, nuts (sparingly) and seeds. The foods to avoid listed above also cause a sluggish digestive system. If food travels too slowly through the body, toxins build up and aren't carried away by the usual processes and are expelled via the skin, causing acne.

Other things you can do
Avoiding stress -- stress causes the over production of hormones
Use relaxation techniques, such as Yoga, T'ai Chi and deep breathing
Avoid caffeine -- caffeine stimulates hormone production
Exercise -- exercise rebalances hormones and reduces stress

good luck!
''SPOTS'' ? I'm not sure what kind of spots you are referring to , however if you are referring to age spots you should stay out of the sun as much as possible and always use a reallllly good sun screen.. Water helps ,,, you could also try rubbing pure lemon juice on the spots... I have heard that lemon juice reduces blemishes...best of luck to yah :)
If they're on your face or body, not intimate areas, then one drop of lavender essential oil, the real stuff not just something that smells right, on your finger end rubbed over the spots each morning will have them cleared up in no time. There is myriad oils, lotions, creams and whatevers, but lavender essential oil is far better than any of them. Don't get it in your eyes though, it stings like hell. Do not take internally. Keep out of reach of young people. Just once a day! On a moring after washing.
You get most of your water from the food you eat, especially fruit, so you don't actually need to drink the 8 glasses of water. Just eat healthly. If it doesn't work go to your doctor, it could just be your genes, and they could give you something to help.

I can't see any link between you drinking water and any hope of it helping your spots! If you problem is acne, you could try and over the counter cleanser/degreaser, most of these are based on peroxide. If this is not enough the next options are prescription only. Your options are topical or oral antibiotics, with referral to secondary care and Roaccutane for the most extreme cases.
at the end of the day if you get spots you get spots. there is hardly anything that can stop you from getting them. Stuff like clearasil doesnt work and drinking water probably will get rid of about 3 out of 10 spots but whats the point? i would rather drink coke and enjoy a drink than drink water thats discusting when your wasting your time anyway
chocolate high fatty foods antibiotics not cleaning ur face properly these r a few things that can make spots appear avoid these and cleanse and dehydrate there are products out there that can help unblock ur pores like Clearasil etc never pop one and touch another part of ur face as this will spread them all the best mate.
sounds like rust to me, lay off the water that should sort things
if its the odd one i put toothpaste on before bed it works a treat if its lots use a good cleanser
Drinking too much water can be harmful. It washes you out *the good things" (like natural antibiotics, etc.) that aren't supposed to be washed out and overworks the kidneys.
Only drink water when you are thirsty and with meals.
As for spots, the best way is to cut out all sugar and most fat from your diet. I had that problem and once I started drinking diet softdrinks and using sweetner, they slowly disappeared. Whenever I have a bar of chocolate or too much fried food, they reappear so it must be the sugar and the fat. it's the only way as far as nutrition is concerned. It could also be a hormone problem and that only disappears with time. There are great creams for teens with spots.
