What's going on??

I have common menstrual discharge. Never had sex. Didn't start time of year. My vaginal SKIN has be itchy lately but it gets better everyday. I suggest it can be because of the discharge because I can't exactly clean it when it comes out adjectives the time. Mostly I do, but for instance if I'm at school or something I don't other get th ehcnace to step to the bathroom. Is everything ok? and there's no burning or odor.
