When you have a complete hysterectomy, it affects your sex life tremendously. Your body stops producing the estrogen that your body needs, you start growing hair in "unusual" places. Your vagina does not lubricate itself, therefore you must get OTC lubricants and your sex drive diminishes.

As far as I'm concerned,it should not. My aunt had one due to cysts in both ovaries. It is an extreme measure to take. I hope you're not doing it just to avoid getting pregnant. My aunt's sex drive got diminished,but it varies with each person. I hope that you don't need it.
