I have my period and i'm nauteous?

I can relate, I always get really sick during my period, and it always seems to fall on a day where I need to be somewhere. If you've already taken Mydol (that is the only pain med that helps me) then I would recommend (if you have time before you leave) laying on your back with your feet in the air against a wall. It sounds silly but it helps. Keeping your legs elevated will relive pressure from your back and pain from your stomach. Ginger will settle your stomach if you have any on hand take some. Also, to avoid bloating don't eat anything with a lot of salt.
ows...its a girl thing
You need to give more information, how old are you, is it a normal period, have you been nausious before, are you sexually active?
Are you having serious cramps too? I passed out one morning and then threw up because of them. That may not have anything to do with your nauseous state, but oh well. Its a thought.
Sorry what is nauteous? Do you mean nauseous? If so having a light bite to eat such as toast with a little butter or a couple of rich tea biscuits help me! hope you feel better. x
Perfectly normal. Many symptoms affect women when they have their periods, and before.
Nausea can be remedied with pepcid ac, DGL Licorice tablets(chewable) from health food stores, saltine crackers, dry toast. Fresh air can help also. Hope you feel better soon.
This might sound bad but smoke some pot, it's one of the best ways to reduce nausea.
Get some fresh ginger, cut off about 3-4 slices, then mince the slices (including the peel). Put it in a tea ball and brew it in a cup with some mint tea for about 6-7 minutes. Drink while still hot.
I don't think that will do anything for your period, but it should help the nausea.
