Hello there. My first thought is not that you have breast cancer. While it can appear as a superficial lesion, it usually feels like a lump in your breast tissue that you feel when you palpate your skin.
While I can't say one way or the other, my guess is that you have a cherry angioma. They are insignificant vascular lesions that appear on the skin of many adults. Their cause is not exactly known, but they are harmless. Google "cherry angioma" for a picture.
If you feel that it is not this, then I advise you to make an appointment with your Primary Care Physician.
