Well... When you're getting to know a girl (or anybody really) what needs to happen is you need to get to know each other.
For you talking about yourself, I say talk about things you are passionate about. It doesn't matter what this is; football, video games, music, art, acting, politics... it doesn't matter as long as you are passionate about it. If this girl has similar interests than she will be more than happy to join in on the conversation. If she is not than perhaps it's not meant to be.
When it comes to her talking about herself, listen to what she's saying. Ask her what she is passionate about; what does she enjoy doing? If these are things you are interested in then conversation will flourish... If not than perhaps you two are not quite meant for each other.
