Could be tapeworms (they look a lot like a piece of tape) or pinworms. This definitely needs to evaluated by a doctor to see what's going on.

she could have intestinal parasites. better go see the doctor asap. it's best to consult a doctor before taking any sort of medications, especially Anthelmintics.

This is caused by some eggs going in the system and multiplying inside the body. Deworming is to be done, if so advised a doc.
