It's possible, but not easy--or necessary. Having it happen all the time is a movie myth.
Essentially, once you're accustomed to being lovers, you'll learn one another's buttons--what reliably brings the other to orgasm and how quickly. When you feel your own big moment coming, you "press the button" of the other person, and assuming things go as they sometimes do, voila, you achieve orgasm at very nearly the same moment.
Of course, this depends on one or both of you being pretty reliable and predictable, and often that's simply not the case. What does the job one time may not the next.

Its not easy. Its much more fun to have orgasm separately anyways. I know men like to have intercourse or oral sex to get off and women like oral and manual and toys.
Don't stress about orgasming together. That to me is just stress inducing. Its like the odds of having the same thought at the same time. It might happen but not often.
Just make sure your needs are being met how ever it has to happen!
