Writing sloppy isn't a diagnostic tool, unless you have disgraphia--a condition where someone has difficulty writing, or processing writing with the correct side of their brain. Writing is difficult for someone with disgraphia because they never convert writing from being just pictures. An "A" will be a picture of an "A." My son has disgraphia, but he started to practice his letters, until he was so good at lettering that he was commended at his school for it. They put his work on the cover of the school calendar.
Crying and screaming and kicking and punching aren't diagnosis tools either, unless you're trying to diagnose someone with poor impulse control. Everyone has emotional responses, some people just act on every one of their impulses without considering the consequences.
When your food doesn't come out right, you get angry. Welcome to planet Earth. Everyone hates it when their food doesn't come out right. An anger response takes practice. The more you practice, the better you get at it. Imagine an anger coach training you for the big anger olympics. What would he or she have you do to get really good at being angry? A) Hold your breath B) Yell louder C) Use your words to express yourself and solve the problem.
If you chose C), it would ruin everything. You would never win those anger olympics if you talked. Never say, "I'm angry," cause it will ruin your streak. You'll end up feeling better, and your chances at the Anger Olympics will go right out the window. Just remember: If you want to be good at being angry, PRACTICE!
pubictry
It's apparent that you don't know what Bi-Polar disorder is. Do some research. It sounds like you have an anger management problem.
Perhaps you are just spoiled? Have you always reacted like that?
Sounds like a little more than puberty to me. Go see a therapist.
It is hard to believe this is a serious question, because the way it was written. You sound like you are quite moody, but this doesn't mean you are bi-polar. What other symptoms do you have? And btw, your question is insensitive to people with mood disorders, because of how you asked it. Just letting you knw that it would be like making fun of somebody who couldn't walk. They can't help how they feel.
Its probably just your hormones up due to puberty or your period. Try to relax and realize that things aren't always the way you want them to be
being bipolar means that you go through phases (usually a few days) where you are severly depressed, and you also go through "manic" phases, in which you are really happy to the point that it can be damaging. bipolar people often find that they spend more money than they have while they are manic.
here is the wikipedia page if you want more info:

nothing you metioned makes it seem like you are bipolar.
Being that you posted a question asking if you are a vampire... it's quite honestly difficult to take you seriously.
If you are that angry and emotional over making mistakes and when your food isn't to your liking, then you need to get into some counseling.
