Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
doing sit ups- get a set of dumbell weights 2-3 lbs (can find them at Walmart, or Target etc..) lay flat with weights in front of you (arms out in front of you) come up half way slowly (don't do a full sit up) you will feel pulling occur in your lower abdomen, release, and repeat this a few times, then each day do a little more of them- don't over do it at first because you will become sore- every other day adding more down the line. The weights add to the effects, or you can use cans of fruit, or soup etc. for weights. (not empty ones of course)
consult ur doctor first . if they allow u,sit on floor try to catch ur toe at position of straight.second laid down the floor up ur leg slowly one by one.third laid down back rise ur both leg slowly. do it regular .its enough!.do it before food . use bed for that!.
