Answers:
I would start by taking a daily multi-vitamin and eating a balanced diet.
Green, leafy vegetables are a good source of iron. You could also try taking an iron supplement but I would suggest talking to your Dr first.
lots of water, foods high in iron and essential amino acids. Generally speaking, water and meat, beef, chicken eggs ect.
lots of iron, vegetables. water cress ,liver, all good for anemic and milk and iron pills hope better soon take care and rset and go for blood check up every so often
Green leafty vegetables. Get iron supplements if so advised by a doc.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
Hi. In the first place, you need to know what kind of anemia are you suffering from. Anemia are divided into various types like Nutritional anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, Aplastic anemia and Pernicious anemia and hemolytic anemia. If you are suffering from iron deficiency anemia, you can take iron rich foods like red meat, dates and iron supplement. But you need to consult a doctor and confirm what type of anemia are you suffering from.
Foods containing iron and possibly an iron supplement.
It is said the tiredness is due to a lack of iron. Perhaps a course of scrap metal, stainless steel or pig iron might help.
loads of greens but it sound like you could do with a tonic, time for a check up.
Red meat is good. What worked for me is Iron. Take one tablet in the morning everyday for 2 weeks and then cut to every other day. It might take a week to get your energy back, but once you do you'll see it really works. When ever I stop for a couple of months, I get tired again. It makes a big difference.
Take iron supplements.
go to the doc. He will tell you what you should be eating..
Take ferrous sulfate pills. You can buy it at a health food store. But if you're newlywed, check to make sure you aren't pregnant before taking anything at all.
