Question, do you not want to literally "take a pill" therefore do not want to be on the pill or do you not want to be on any birth control? NuvaRing is easy and convenient if not opposed to birth control, just do not want to take pill. Otherwise ask your Gyn, they may have some more natural ideas on evening out your cycle. Good luck.
hmmm i wonder.
it's normal.my mom said when she had me...her periods were off for 7 years.and now it's regular...it's becuase you didn't have your period for 9 months...and it's like have the period the 1st time
Have you ever been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome? It is routinely missed by OB-GYN and is not life threatening or a danger to a baby. It can make it harder to conceive and can cause a slower cycle time. Due to the hormonal changes from having your first your cycle time could have just slowed down. Has this been the way things have gone since your son was born?
it's worked in some cases, I don't know if it will work in yours, but some say that eating a very balanced diet with little non complex carbs can help regulate you.
I don't really know any other option than that unless you want to go on the pill (which it clearly states you don"t!)
your cycle is based on the release of hormones, mostly from your ovaries. so the only way to truly regulate your period would be to regulate your hormone, and that where the pill comes in. sorry
