Good luck!
I used to suffer with epilepsy from aged 12-17. After seeing a neurologist, I had an ECG (electrodes measuring electronic impulsed in my brain) and it was discovered that the left side of my brain was overpowering the right. After being given the usual drugs, the seizures stopped and I actually stopped taking the tablets when i was 18 (and after speaking to the specialist) and have been fine ever since. Don't worry yourselves too much, epilepsy is more common than you might think and if not curable, is easily medicated. Also, a high temperature can caused a seizure - its not necessarily epilepsy. Never force anything into the mouth, just try and put them in the recovery position. It is highly unlikely that a person will bite off their own tongue. Just try and make them confortable and in a position where they cannot injure themselves.
