You'll want to visit a local independent agent that deals with senior health policies. You can look at a supplement or you can look at a Medicare Advantage plan.
The supplement has a higher premium (around $150 per month) but will pay everything that Medicare doesn't pay. This plan is generally better for people with many medical problems. None of the supplements will have drug coverage so you will also need a stand-alone Part D prescription drug plan which will average $27 per month.
The Medicare Advantage plans have a premium which average around $26 per month. Many have a $0 premium and many will include the Part D. There is a small co-pay when you use the services so this type of plan is not good for someone who goes to the doctor every other day. Doctor co-pays will be $10 - $30 per visit.
Both types will cover the Part A and Part B deductibles.
