Depression after Miscarriage?

Back in August, I experienced a miscarriage. We caught the pregnancy highly early on, in the past I even missed my period. When I miscarried, I be six weeks along. My boyfriend and I are in a VERY long distance relationship, and I touch like since the miscarriage, things enjoy fallen apart. I perceive awful all the time lately... I be fine for a while, but now every time I see a child, or everytime I hear about someone losing a child, I lose it completely. I burst into tears no issue where I am. It's embarrasing and frustrating, but I surface like I be robbed of so, so much. I don't really know what to do... I feel outlandish because for the first few weeks after the miscarriage, I was an genuine wreck but then I be fine... and now I'm worse than I be before. I only just don't know what to do.

It's natural to quality that way.

It happen to me a few times.

It takes a while, you'll never be over it... but imagine how much happier you will be when you finally have a child.

Express your fears to your boyfriend. If he loves and care about you, I'm sure he'll apprehend what you're feeling.
You're have a normal grief impulse to a big loss. Unfortunately a lot of general public don't understand and say-so unhelpful things close to, "You'll have another one," which diminish what you're going through.Allow yourself to hold these feelings and converse to your boyfriend about them. Don't try to budge through it all alone. Don't forget after a couple months, your hormones can still be out of whack, too, and that can contribute to stale kilter emotions. If you hold to, seek out a psychotherapist so that you are able to sort out some of your mental state. All the best to you.
