If you just have a scar, that wouldn't be a big deal to me.
The good thing about getting a bit older is that your partner probably has something that he is a bit self-conscious of also.
If you really have a bizarre difference about you that can't be seen unless naked, I'd suggest you give the guy a warning before you get naked. Make sure you feel safe and trust the guy before getting into bed with him. Date him for a good while before having sex. If he's not mature, he may not understand your feelings.
I'm not a guy, but plenty of women have scars from many different types of surgery (C-Sections for example). Don't worry about it!
