It's OK, normal, and even healthy to explore and discover your own body. It's also normal to think about sex in various forms.

Get involved in some school or outside activities that are adult supervised, and enjoy your young years.

Age 12 is very young. There are all sorts of diseases you can get that can shorten your life. Play it safe and wait for sex until you find that very special person. If they love you they'll wait. This way you'll be sure you are not be used.
I don't know what you mean by experiment, but you are not physically or emotionally ready at 12 for sexual experimentation. It is ok to have a boyfriend or girlfriend and go out on dates with them. If you are really having trouble with this, try talking to a trusted relative. If you are not comfortable with that, then call a teen hotline for anonymous advice.
if you are confused about your sexual orientation, kissing both genders might help you figure things out. it is ok to experiment, but don't take things too far and end up doing something you will regret. in my opinion, anything beyond kissing at age 12 is too much.
