How old are you? You may have to get a bone density test done. Of course if you lack calcium in your diet its going to lead to problems down the road. Try taking a calcium supplement with i think its vitamin d to help with absorption. Your bones could be getting weaker and that would cause pain. Go and get a check up, the bone pain could also be a red flag or warning that something else is going on with your body. I hate milk too always have but i take vitamins. Yogurt cheese ice cream broccoli etc all have calcium in it.
hehe your funny ok hehe just drink milk dude! and calm your *** down
It could be that, but I think it's more the fact that you're not getting enough calcium in your diet. Ask your doctor about what you could do to bring your calcium levels up a bit.
It could also be growth spurts, and in that case, you might want to take tylenol to relieve some of the pain.
Remember, too much calcium can be just as bad as not enough if that's what the problem is, so please consult your doctor before taking any major steps.
Good Luck
Milk isn't the only thing that contains calcium. You probably have some form of calcium in your diet and don't know it. Since milk is such an excellent form of calcium and you don't drink it, maybe you should talk to your doctor about a vitamin supplement just to be sure you have enough calcium in your diet. As far as bone pain, its normall in kids who are in for a growth spurt, but I don't know how old you are. I have stopped growing, but still get the occasional bone/muscle pain after sports, or other strenuous activity. So take it easy!
Hope This Helps =]
My brother had milk allergy as a kid and my mom insists that's the reason he ain't very tall!
So, I guess it's a possibility!
And ur bones are probably weak due to the lack of calcium, which milk provides.
If you aren't too keen abt milk, try some calcium sandoz!
